Mission and Philosophy

To make available the needed community resources and supports to strengthen and promote health, safety, and success to New Mexico’s families.   

We believe that ALL families have the ability to learn how to advocate for themselves and rear their family within their own cultural and spiritual values.

We aspire to empower youth and families to expect, define, and experience a lifetime of hope, well being, and achievement with full participation in their communities.

Organization Profile

We are a non-profit social services agency based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The organization was founded in 2007 by individuals following their passion for helping at risk families.  

Through their personal and professional experiences, Mosaic understands the numerous challenges that families face within their communities on a daily basis. Its founders have accumulated over 30 years of public service experience and 40 years of personal experience in helping families navigate the systems of care.

This knowledge and experience is the root of Mosaic’s vision and the reason Mosaic has developed programs to support and help individuals advocate for themselves.

Core Principles and Beliefs

1)    All individuals have strengths and are capable of overcoming challenges.

2)    Services and supports must be flexibly delivered and sensitive to culture, community, and tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals served.

3) Individuals should have access to a complete continuum of care that addresses health promotion, education, and intervention across developmental ages and stages.
